Bitly approached us with the goal of building a custom AI image dataset that could later be used to train an internal AI brand model. The objective was to help their team generate consistent AI visuals aligned with their brand identity while improving speed and scalability across content production. To achieve this, they provided reference images, and our role was to define the right visual balance for the dataset. We explored different directions, testing how realistic, stylized, curated, or fantastical the environments should feel while still maintaining consistency with Bitly’s visual language. Using Nano Banana and Krea, we developed a refined set of images that could serve as high-quality training material for their future AI workflows.

Context
The final dataset became the foundation for Bitly’s internal AI brand model, allowing their team to generate consistent visuals more efficiently while maintaining alignment across different departments and assets. Beyond creating the images, we also shared a structured prompting system that their internal teams could use to continue producing new visuals in a reliable way. This significantly reduced the time needed to create branded assets and helped standardize the visual quality of AI-generated content across the company. The client was very pleased with the results and with how the combination of strategic art direction, AI experimentation, and system thinking turned the project into a scalable creative solution.
Context
This project was developed as a visual system for a series of conferences I gave about AI. The goal was to create a set of consistent and engaging visuals that could support the narrative of the talk while showcasing the possibilities of AI in image creation. I started by generating a stylized, cartoon-like version of myself as the base character, and then used Krea Nodes and Nano Banana to create multiple variations while maintaining consistency in style, identity, and visual quality. To extend the impact of these visuals, I animated selected images using Krea in combination with Kling, bringing motion and dynamism to the presentation. The result was a cohesive set of 3D-style visuals that not only supported the content of the conference but also demonstrated, in a practical way, how AI can be used to build consistent and scalable visual systems.
