Born in Cuba and moving to Spain taught me how to adapt, start over, and move forward through uncertainty. In my career, I struggled with perfectionism, overpreparing, taking on too much, and fearing mistakes.


As I grew into a creative leader, I learned to make decisions, delegate, trust others, and take responsibility. Leadership became less about controlling everything and more about trusting my judgment, empowering people, and moving forward without needing everything to be perfect.

I'm an AI Creative Director leading multidisciplinary teams to create amazing things. With 10 years of experience, I've been a co-founder of my own branding agency, achieved multiple promotions in a top-tier AI creative agency, and made a lot of friends in the process.
